1996 – 2006 at Background Players, owned by David Anthony, on over 40 feature projects with some assisting for Rich King Casting on large scale sets. By 2004, I was promoted to office manager, operating and training the team to coordinate and wrangle large-scale sets, open calls and auditions, scouting a range of characters to fulfill each project’s vision and needs, managing a fast-paced office, hiring and training employees & interns, multi-tasking between rush calls, wardrobe fittings, negotiating contracts, updating hotlines daily, dispensing details, and following all Screen Actors Guild protocols.
